When you come to the office for your initial consultation, you should be prepared for a visit lasting an hour. You will be greeted by our staff and your breast information records will be reviewed. You will be taken to an exam room and meet Dr. Grado. It is important to share your reasons for the operation and what you wish to achieve with the operation.
You will then be examined to determine whether an augmentation will be possible and what you can expect from the operation. At this point, we will have you try on a bra we will supply and insert various size implants into the bra. We ask that you bring articles of clothing that you wish to look proportional in to wear at this time. When you select an implant size, Dr. Grado will share his ideas about the implant you have chosen and how it will work with your body and breast size. Dr. Grado will answer your questions about breast augmentation. Many styles, shapes, and textures of implants are available. Dr. Grado will help you select the implant size and shape that will best fit your needs of filling skin and providing the fuller breast you seek.
At that time, you may wish to schedule your augmentation.
