The office is open and phones are answered between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday. For your convenience, we offer appointment times in Cedar Rapids on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Office hours for offices in Dubuque and Burlington differ and you should call for the current schedule.
